    from the classic 1940's WWII spy-themed war/adventure romance,
    GOLDEN EARRINGS
    , released in 1947 by Universal Pictures and
    directed by Mitchell Leisen
    . On the eve of World War II, English officer Ralph Denistoun (Ray Milland) is in Nazi Germany on an espionage mission to recover a poison gas formula from Prof. Krosigk (Reinhold Schünzel). He is helped by Lydia (Marlene Dietrich) and her band of gypsies and a romance develops along the way. The cast includes Murvyn Vye, Bruce Lester, Dennis Hoey, and Quentin Reynolds.
    Printed for the film's US theatrical re-release by Universal Pictures (in the 1950's or possibly 1960's), the image features a large portrait of co-stars
    Ray Milland and Marlene Dietrich
    at the top with artwork depicting a fight scene at the bottom. Unrestored and folded as originally issued, it is in fine- condition with corner pinholes; light signs of wear in the borders; and extra fold line; and a few small areas of separation at the crossfolds and along the center fold line.
