Vintage Imperial by Salem China Co Service Plate 23 Karat Victorian Made in USA. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
This lovely plate is about 10.75” across. It is in good condition with some fading on the gold decorations. It does have one small chip on the back.
