Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This counter is in Fair cosmetic condition with lots of minor scuffs/scratches and adhesive label residues from prior use.
Notes:
This counter is in Good working condition, except that the calibration is out of date and prints as INVALID on the measurement printouts.  Otherwise, it is able to count and we were able to page through menus.  Operation is quiet as expected. The screen is a little dim but still usable under bright ambient lighting.  No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
