Pair of Sterling Silver (?) Candelabara Candlesticks 10inches 2.32 lbs each

Description

I think these Candelabara are Sterling Silver or Silver Plate but not sure? They have a Made in India sticker. They are 10inches in height.
One weighs 2 lbs 3.2oz the other is 2 lbs 3.7oz so they are pretty heavy.
Not sure how old they are?  We've had them for 20yrs.
Comes from a non-smoking home.
