Brand New in box. 20 Coloplast Brava Elastic Barrier Strips. Expire 04-09-2024.
Before I used the Barrier strips, which I highly recommend, I would get some irritation around the edges of this barrier so I would alternate cutting my opening offset each week, to the left a bit one week then to the right a bit the next week so that the skin could heal up from being exposed and not under the barrier. Just a tip but barrier strips took care of that issue for me.
I go 7 days between changes with the help of Barrier Strips even though I am active, lifting heavy weights (only after the surgery to insert mesh piece for a hernia), see my pics. Not recommended to go that long for most people, I have great skin and don't sweat too much. For some reason my order of ostomy supplies always has too many of these in it so I'm selling the extras from that and as well as having extras from only changing mine once every seven days.
