This is fully functional and has just been sitting around so I'm selling it now.
Tested both the height encoder and the angle encoder and they are both working.
Comes with 2 brackets for holding your actuator but these are older so they may not fit the current Proveris actuator, I'm not sure.
The second bracket is missing one screw that helps to hold the actuator in place.
The angle swing rails show some corrosion or dirtiness which is common in these things but no issues with movement.  See the third picture for a good idea of what you're looking at there.
