ACR Technical Services Introduces our gold care plan which covers the following: Preventive maintenance (Two visits per 12 month cycle) ISO 17025 System calibration (one visit per 12 month cycle) 10% off labor rates for repairs (During the 12 month contract period) 15% off travel rates (During the 12 month contract period) 10% off all parts that would be needed for repairs (During the 12 month contract period) 120 day labor warranty on all repairs (During the 12 month contract period) ACR would provide the following pertaining to the Preventive maintenance service on your environmental chamber if applicable: Preventative Maintenance Checklist Customer Name: ------------------------------ Date: ____________________________ ACR WO# _________________________ Customer ID# ___________________________ Serial # ____________________________ Manufacturer ___________________________ Model # ____________________________ Description: _______________________________________________________________________ Note: All of the following will be performed if applicable to the Chamber being serviced Cabinet Inspect and Lubricate all moving parts Inspect door gaskets and plug ports Inspect for loose hardware and fasteners Refrigeration Inspect for oil leaks Inspect all copper lines Check expansion valve bulb straps for tightness and check insulated bulbs Connect manifold gauges Check low stage standby pressure and high stage charge for full sight glass Check compressor oil levels Check refrigeration gauges for proper operation Check and clean air-cooled condenser Check water supply pressure and connections Check adjustment of water valve to high stage Check for operation on all expansion valves Check for operation of the bypass regulator Check bypass regulator setting Check water regulator operation Check operation of EPR Check compressor pump down operation Check solenoid operation Check setting on low stage pressure switch Check setting on high stage pressure switch Electrical Check for loose or frayed wires Check all electrical contacts and all fuses Check main power disconnect switch Check supply voltage Check amp draw of condenser fan motors Check amp draw on circulator motor(s) Check timers During full pull down: Check AMP draw of low stage compressor Check AMP draw of high stage compressor During full heat up: Check amp draw on heater(s) Instrumentation Check for accuracy and proper operation of all instrumentation Check the condition of sensors Evaluation Verify performance specifications Report equipment condition to primary contact person Options Check amp draw on steam generator Check amp draw on all other options Check general condition on all options Review monthly preventative maintenance with customer Answer any questions that the customer may have Comments: Note: ACR must provide all Parts for repairs.
