elegant antique German bisque 1920s wedding cake topper, bride and groom.
They are so elegant, only 3.5 inches tall.  Paint is great, and she has a tulle veil.  And maybe there is a tiny bit of ancient wedding cake stuck to the bottom?  So much detail for such a small topper.
