You give the weight and dimensions to the freight company and ask them to give estimate to pick up from us and take to their facility to pad, crate, and ship to you.
They can't crate in our medical facility since that involves cutting wood.
They will ask for the originating address (or just zip code) and the destination.
They will ask if you want 'white glove service' which is to un-crate and remove all packing and crate and take them away, and leave you just the item.
You may also insure the item if you wish.
We can give the company access to pick up the item 7 am - 6 pm M-F.
