A COULTER LS Series instrument measures the size distributions of particles. An instrument with a Fluid Module, Hazardous Fluids Module, or Micro Volume Module can measure sample particles suspended in a liquid. An instrument with a Dry Powder Module can measure sample particles suspended in air.
The LS130 measures particles from 0.1 μm to 900 μm.
The LS230 measures particles from 0.04 μm to 2000 μm.
Low angle forward light scattering with optional patented PIDS technology.
Full implementation of both Fraunhofer and Mei theories of light scattering.
