Custom built 15’ Cedar Canoe
Built by a professional/experienced boat builder and cabinet maker. The design is from the plans of Bear Mountain Boats, it is there 15’ “Bob’s special” originally designed by the Chestnut canoe company.
Western Red Cedar hull, African mahogany gunwales, Walnut, Maple, mahogany Olive branch Inlay.
Highest quality West system epoxy, fiberglass, wood, and brass hardware.
This canoe is NEW and has never been put in the water. I have however paddled this same model canoe that I built for a customer previously and it is an absolute dream to paddle, it’s extremely stable and glides almost effortlessly.
This would make a wonderful boat for everyday use or a piece to display at the lake house.
