Description

** I'm shipping to California and Arizona again. Please do not order if you
can't
pick these up the first day they are delivered by USPS. They don't do well in your very oven-hot dry heat (I thought Florida was hot...) . ie. they can't be left on the doorstep for days. **
These scion are from my personal trees. I've also selected for some of my favorite varieties. The cuttings will be VERY fresh and shipped the same day that they are cut. I NEVER hold cuttings in the fridge like so many other sellers; it won't necessarily hurt, but I don't like the practice. I cut then package then ship. Same day.
**
NO SUBSTITUTIONS
.  You will receive what you ordered, so please don't ask if I will provide three separate scion varieties at this price point.  To keep things inexpensive, you will receive a bundle of 3 scions of the same variety.  **
I have nearly 200 tropical fruit trees on my property and about 28 mango trees last time I checked -- 20 or so varieties, but I stopped counting last year.
I will replenish cuttings on the listing as needed, but I keep the count small because I don't want to encourage large nursery orders; I don't have the capacity nor the inventory to sell boxes of 100 cuttings; you'd be surprised at how often I'm asked. I also don't combine ship to limit orders as well.
Orders over three packages will be cancelled and refunded.
My intention is to share varieties at a reasonable price; not to stock a nursery flooded with turpentine mango root stock.
The scions are about 5-6'' long and wrapped in moist paper towel, cellophane and aluminum foil. I'll also apply an organic fungicide; not a lot, but just some to help prevent mold when shipping.
See my ratings to see how happy people are with the cuttings from my garden/orchard.
However...
** I promise to supply you with quality scions, but all sales are considered final.
I can't take responsibility if your graft does not take
. I'd suggest having at least some grafting experience prior to ordering unless you are ordering to learn how to do it or just try your luck.  It's really not that hard to be honest.  **
** Mango scions typically differ in size and width and curvature depending on the variety; ie. so don't expect big honkin sized scions on a dwarf ice cream mango or a Julie. Some are bendy like coconut cream and some are very straight. You'll get what you ordered. It will work, but you might have to be strategic in terms of what graft you do.
** These are for grafting. GRAFTING. I've had people write negative reviews because they stuck the scions in a glass of water and they didn't get a tree.  Sorry, but these are sold for GRAFTING.
Thanks, and I wish you the best of luck with your grafts. It's a fun hobby.  Just a tip, but I even turned one of my mango trees (a Mallika) into a cocktail tree with twenty varieties on it. It looks like a Christmas tree when it fruits with all the different colored mangos.
