❇️ Each plant is unique, the plant you receive may not be the same color or shape as the picture. The color will fade during transit which is normal. But they will recover to their beauty in a sunny, ventilated environment and through good care.
❇️ Some varieties of leaves will fall, which is normal during transit. However, the fallen leaves can be use to propagate. You can try it for fun!
❇️ When newly planted, the leaves around the plant will appear dry out. Don't worry, this is normal, indicating that plants are growing new roots.
❇️If you have any concerns/complaints please message us WITHIN 24 HOURS upon receipt so we can address them accordingly, messages after this timeframe will, unfortunately, be disregarded.

💡How to Propagate?
✅Put cactus or succulent soil in a clean pot
✅Simply dig a hole, insert the cuttings/ plant in and cover back up with soil.
✅Then slightly add some water.
✅Keep the plant in either partial or indirect sunlight.
✅Do not remove the stem from the soil. Do not pick them out and see whether they have grown roots yet. In this way, you will make them more difficult to grow roots. Be patient!

We carefully wrap each individual plant with tissue/ paper/ newspaper, then fill the remaining space in the box with packing peanut/ shredded paper/ newspaper to ensure the plants don't move around during shipping, and hence minimize shipping shock.
