Here is a 17' Grumman Aluminum Sailing Canoe
. This canoe was manufactured with special attachments for mast, rudder, etc. and has a custom outrigger attachment as well. Lee boards clamp on the sides to keep the boat from tipping.
Canoe has been sailed in lakes ranging from Lake Michigan to Yellowstone Lake. It has also been used as a stand-alone canoe without the sails in rivers and lakes including the Boundary Waters of Minnesota.
All of the accessories you could need, and more, are included:
Two original Grumman paddles (you would never use these though), racing paddle, three ultralight weight paddles
Watertight LLBean sailbag
Life jackets, including CO2 models
Seat cushions
Car top carrier (Bones foam type)
Portage pads (for your shoulders when carrying the canoe between lakes)
